Shane and I spent Christmas with my family in Utah. We had not been back to Utah since we got married in April. It was so nice to be back and see the beautiful mountians again. I really missed my family. I'm glad I was able to go home and see my parents and siblings. We went to Eric and Maria's house first to see their new place. We went to Andy's for clam chowder. It is our tradition to have clam chowder on christmas eve. We were finally able to meet Danielle. It was nice to meet her. We also saw their ultrasound pictures. They have the cutest kitten. Christmas we opened presents and took family pictures. We had a nice family dinner. Friday we went to destrubution and got some church stuff. We went to the movie "Benjamin Buttons." It was a pretty good movie. Saturday we went to visit my cousins and see kitty. She wouldn't come out though. Heidi took pictures of Shane and I at Utah Lake. We went to temple square saturday night and had a great turkey dinner at Andy's house. We also played games during the visit phase 10, rummicub. Shane and I played rate your mate at Jer and Nicoles and actually won once. I guess for newly weds we know each other pretty well. It was a great visit. I hope we can visit again soon.

I can't possible Thank Shane's parents enough for making your visit possible. It was my favorite part of Christmas to have my entire family together. We love you both very much.

I'm jealous...I haven't been to Utah for 1 1/2 years. I like all your pictures, I especially liked the ones of you in the flower garden a while back.
It is so good to get to spend time with family, especially the holidays. OK, is Andy married or just expecting? I had no idea. I don't think I ever hear any of the family news. I haven't talked to Andy in forever, if you talk to him will you tell him hello & congrats for me.
